These terms do not govern the HeliSafe Surveyor platform. The application at app.helisafe-surveyor.com is a separate product, provided under a separate written agreement with the organisation that holds the licence. Nothing on this website varies, replaces or forms part of that agreement.
What this website is for
This website describes our products and how they work. It is published for information only.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Prices shown are indicative, exclude VAT, and may change. Where pricing is shown as available on application, it is set per agreement.
Information about regulation
Parts of this website refer to regulatory material, including ICAO documents and UK Civil Aviation Authority publications.
Nothing on this website is regulatory, legal or operational advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for the source material or for your own judgement. The determination that a landing site is adequate for a given operation rests with the operator, and no information published here changes that.
HeliSafe Surveyor Ltd is not approved, certified or endorsed by the Civil Aviation Authority, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, the Irish Aviation Authority or any other regulatory authority, and nothing on this website should be read as claiming otherwise.
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or omission. Regulatory material is amended from time to time and you should always work from the current published source.

The content of this website (including text, layout, graphics, diagrams and the underlying code) belongs to HeliSafe Surveyor Ltd or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The HeliSafe Surveyor name, logo and branding are our trade marks and may not be used without our written permission.
