Two levers set the price: how many named people need access, and how many landing sites you hold as active surveys. Beyond that, the higher tiers carry what an organisation needs and a single surveyor does not.

Above five users, pricing is set per operation. The two levers are the same: how many named people need access, and how many landing sites you hold as active surveys. But fleet size, base count and framework requirements vary enough that a quoted figure is more useful than a published one.

Additional users and survey capacity are available on any Enterprise tier without moving up a tier.
One site is one survey, however often it changes
A survey is one current landing site record. Revisions to it, major or minor, are included and never count towards your allowance. A site that is resurveyed four times in a year is still one survey, so keeping your records current never costs more than letting them go stale.
HLS Survey Training
Most operators run survey training and survey records in two different places, and spend real effort keeping them in step. HeliSafe Training sits inside the platform that already holds your surveys, so a surveyor’s certification, their recurrent cycle and the sites they have signed off are one record rather than three.
Because training and the platform are sold together, training is priced to sit alongside your licence rather than as a separate product. Operators taking both consistently pay less than the combined cost of a survey platform and a standalone training provider.
